We've ordered pizza, my partner doesn't like cheese on pizza, so he orders no cheese. Sometimes they screw up the order and include cheese but hey, I'll eat it. But sometimes they interpret it as "use vegan cheese" and now, congrats, no one will eat it
I’ve had some decent non-dairy crumbly cheeses, it’s the melty cheeses that’re tough (some of them are ok, I’ve had friends go “this brand tastes better, this one melts better, we’ll mix them together for pizza)
Allegedly they have made a lot of progress on it in the last few years and I’ve now publicly committed to trying it if I can get my paws on it, albeit to a person I blocked shortly thereafter, so I’ll tell you how that goes next time I can get to the really bougie grocery store that sells that shit
It's got all the creaminess of skyr, with maybe just a slight amount of grit from the oats & a distinct oat milk taste which if you like oat milk will probably work just fine (I certainly do).

Eh. Maybe I’m wrong. Apparently it’s very env friendly for domestic Icelandic consumers.
