I started in July with couch to 5k and by October felt brave enough to attempt a parkrun. I'm now doing 5 k a few times a week and wondering if I just try to up the speed on parkrun or try longer distance π€―
We've a few 5k fun runs booked in. I'm a bit nervous to aim for longer.
The landscape was nice, my Fitbit is silly and did not give me the points I deserve. Hopefully weigh in this morning will reflect it... Only 7kg to loose. So close but it's getting harder work.
