They are supposed to be well educate but yet their stance is at variance to that education as even just little common plain thinking will tell you that their autonomy will not be respected by tyranny. In fact they will become tools for the tyranny that rules over them. History speaks of it.

Just a thought... MAGA GOP wants to revive Christianity in America. Then how can a Christian deny that God would be against Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion? In the Bible Jesus, son of God, welcomed & spoke to everyone. Jesus did not discriminate or persecute. What is a more Christian way than DEI?

Harvard and other elite academic institutions have long and repeatedly demonstrated that they're in the pockets of the ultra wealthy - and so will not stick their necks out to defend ethical ground or vulnerable groups. Genuinely unclear to me if faculty don't see that or are in denial about it.
