It is important to have the voices of KM on air. The big employers are using their power to by making changes to their business models that allow them to maintain profit margins and doing it now. What they also know is that wages will rise and people will have more spending power in the economy 🤔

Agreed. And they can choose where they spend that money. I said that thought, short term, rise in prices, but then someone will break rank and the money (in people's pockets) will be spent where the prices are cheaper, so others will reduce accordingly.

Employers NI is the same now as it was up to Nov 2022 under the Conservatives, who then reduced it. I don't recall complaints about this level and 'market fluctuations' when it was this high before.

What’s the answer then, Susanna? All this calling for immediate results just encourages instability and voter volatility. Have a little patience - Farage will be not be an improvement, that’s a guarantee.
