I agree, however, Emily Thornbury is calling for the blockade of Gaza to stop now. She said the meeting in June is to recognise the state of Palestine.

The extermination of the Palestinian people in Gaza must stop now. Netanyahu et al must also stop killing in the West Bank and stealing land.

That explains it, the reason Starmer overlooked Emily Thornbury for a government job despite her loyalty is because she has principles. She’s not just an empty vessel who’ll parrot whatever line fed to her.

We need more Labour MPs who are prepared to speak out against brutal ethnic cleansing.
