you don't feel like shit because you're autistic
you feel like shit because you're an autistic person living in a world that doesn't support you or take your needs seriously
you feel like shit because you've been told that you're too much when you just want to speak and share
you're valid

You be you!
Orcas were passing the island we were on when we arrived, so all I could talk about was orcas.
Yesterday two groups of Biggs swam north and southbound near the island where I'm staying.
Orcas are my fav :) whales are a special interest of mine
I'll plan ahead today if any are still around!
I also have views based on the literally thousnads autistics I've met and worked with in my life.
I'm a high supports needs autistic person. In reality and in my formal dx.
I am disabled. I am high-supports needs. I know what it's like to not be able to move even a centimeter. I know what it's like to not be able to take care of myself.
And yet, this isn't what gets me down. It's our society. It's their gaze. It's their expectations of what autistic people are meant to look like.
About most stuff.
If I ask "How do you bear the noise?", they say "What noise?"T^T
