No forcing of a by-election until there's a leadership review makes sense to me. But I'm just a Canadian whose taxes help pay for a desperate by-election this year and close to $9 million in expenses last year.

But Damien Kurek has allready agreed to resign his seat. Short of leaving that riding unrepresented they HAVE to do a by-election.
That having been said, the the CPC should definitely be stuck with the tab. Especially if they only wind up kicking PP to the curb in the spring.
