Can you post a video/image of an AQ monitor held in the stream of flue gases? Have done this for gas boilers and there is negligible change from background levels. So, unless you can get similar results, it shouldn’t be considered a solution. Certainly shouldn't be marketed in Smoke Control Areas. - ThreadSky

You must have an AQ monitor on site. If not, you really are burying your head in the sand about your emissions. Much more environmentally friendly for you to do this than expect people to travel from London. Think of the carbon footprint!

Of course - we have much more advanced equipment also. We even have electric charging (and a pretty cool bike shed with a living roof) and a lot of renewables for heating and energy so no issue on carbon footprint-do come a see for yourself otherwise whatever we say you will choose not to believe us

Would be willing to visit if you can post a video of the AQ measurements in the flue gas stream showing no difference from background levels. Otherwise, you should focus your efforts on electric technologies – the bulk of the manufacturing would be the same and you’d not be selling lethal weapons.

If your stoves are as "low emission" as you claim you'd have no problem doing this. In fact, you'd jump at the chance to prove us all wrong. But you can't, because you know how outrageously polluting they are.Ignoring questions you don't like isn't the way to get people to "believe the best" of you!

Are you ever going to try looking properly at heat pumps using renewable energy?
Comparing their emissions with the emissions from wood burning.
You NEVER do that.

There's one way you can make a difference. Stop selling stoves that cause health issues.
