It's not that they are inaccurate - just that (justifiably) you can dismiss a photo of a AQ monitor. True we have equipment that costs 10s thousands - but the point is we are willing to speak with you so we can understand each other better. For some reason campaigners seem unwilling to engage 🤷‍♂️

What is your opinion on emissions per user for Ecodesign stoves? Which is the important information regarding neighbour’s experiences of toxic fumes exposure. Trying to hide behind national emissions is avoiding the issue. Although NAEI shows up “Ecodesign” for the #greenwashing scandal that it is!

We know Jason and he is passionate about the environment. His point is to do with neighbour disputes. We have all have choices. We prefer to live on IOW and not London with the bad AQ on the tube - but you take a different view and that's OK. Respect is important.

We never had any disputes with our neighbours before they installed a stove. Their attitude made it obvious they had been completely hoodwinked by the stove company that sold it to them. They genuinely believed that there were “no emissions” and it couldn’t possibly be causing breathing difficulties

Using the tube is a choice, unlike having AQ destroyed by wood burning. We have no tube stations in our borough so use it ~once a year, prefer to walk. Last time PM values were nowhere near that on streets with wood burners. Most underground parts of tube journeys are <30mins so limited exposure.

Do you think we don't get that sort of abuse? There are #revengeburning posts every day with stove enthusiasts saying they will "throw another log on." So they clearly know the health impacts for their neighbours but they want to impose their toxic fumes on everyone regardless.
