absolutely love the sauna at the gym! It's fascinating how being naked and sharing the love for the sauna brings people closer. I've even gotten to know others there just by chatting in the sauna. As for communal showers—I'd definitely use them! They add to that sense of connection and openness 4 me

I wish the Americans had the same philosophy! Back in Europe I've been often to a big mixed sauna complex and really enjoyed that.
