Doesn't Billie wear a coat in the cold snowy conditions??...below 10° I put a fleece dog coat on Amber as she was sat on the beach a few winters ago shivering....Is it that it is a "dry" cold and snow where you are so doesn't feel that cold??...Or that Billie runs around so much he doesn't feel cold
