Just spoke with an 80 years young retired Air Force vet. He was told in the Watts riots in 1965 that is martial law was declared, he was to “take them out”. He also served in the Delta Force.
But basically, if martial law is declared, it’s militias that would have to fight back. 2nd amendment rules
