Big missed opportunity to coordinate several huge projects in the same area--Old City Hall, NPS, new courthouses, Ontario Line station, University Ave pedestrianization and mega-Queen's Park project.

The right effort could revolutionize public and civic space downtown.

A thread of notes from City Hall's new budget docs.

Remember when there was talk of turning Old City Hall into a Museum of Toronto? Was projected to cost $66 million and there was hope fundraising/grants could cover some of that cost, but alas staff say work stalled out during the pandemic.
