That's the scary part. The rulings are enforced by the US Marshals, who report to the director of the US Marshals service who, in turn, reports to the US Attorney General, who was appointed by Felon 47.
And therein lies the rub. Even if the Supreme Court, which is in his pocket, rules against him, it has no enforcement arm other than what you have stated. In a chess game it would be checkmate but I think we still have some moves to make. It's in our hands.
