You're handicapping yourselves. If your Mad King won't follow the law, will ignore court orders, then, by all means, burn the rulebook and be the Jaime Lannister we can all forgive. Maybe the FBI can raid the Treasury and arrest (or kill) Elon Musk. Just brainstorming out loud.

My staff is hearing reports from Head Start programs in Oregon that they're still locked out of federal funds. My office is doing everything it can to get more info and get funds flowing before providers have to start closing their doors.
