Adam Smith wrote the book, The Wealth of Nations not the wealth of individuals. We currently have the absolute worst government with the absolutely worst economic policies worse than communism. There is no competition either with hospitals and healthcare which is inefficient. Therefore privatization is immoral. Healthcare should be either gov run or highly regulated. That universal healthcare around the world is a mix of gov & heavily regulated which means they pay much less & live longer
