It's the second crack to appear in the GOP wall in the Senate. There was a minor win in the House this week. When more and more people are hammering at their GOP congressmen/women it may start to take effect. True it won't be quick, but the people will eventually win if we stick together.

Congress is designated with the power to levy tariffs by the US Constitution. The Executive was given power, by the Congress, to levy tariffs in emergencies. Congress should take the power back.

After watching Congress freely hand more and more authority to Exec Branch over the past 40 years, I should not be surprised they are now trying to pull one simple thread of responsibility back into Congress.

The old guard (Pelosi, McConnell, Reid, Grassley, Marky, Schumer...) made this happen.
