I’d like to remind you that there was no deal or agreement on that. However, Ukraine did sign a written agreement in which the U.S. provided "security assurances" in exchange for Ukraine giving up its nuclear weapons. We would now like our nuclear weapons back

It sucks, but it meant that neither party actually had to defend Ukraine in case of war.
The brain drain in our current government will cause a massive backlash (I hope and most Republicans probably do too, weaklings!).
I believe with all my heart you will prevail.
Slava Ukraine now & forever.
Wake up Europe, get the industry in war mode (as it should have in 2022), ignore the feudal imbeciles in the US and make Russia a peace offer it won't reject -like get out of Ukraine or be met with ever more and longer ranged Ukranian firepower.
If not I have nothing against Ukraine building their own nukes ASAP. Worst case scenario, Europe should provide them.
Let trump and putin know their "peace deal" will end on Ukrainian terms, whether they like it or not.
- and only in case of aggression or threat thereof in which nuclear weapons were used.
In other words, not worth anything.
But what’s not up for argument is that the 🇺🇸 & 🇬🇧 were not true to their word.
Payback? Ukraine should be charging the rest of the world for destroying Russia. They are the ones dying.
(The others were dismissed as pipe dreams- this one can't be.)
Let's take the UN back and enforce the Budapest memorandum instead of random actors trying to exploit the crisis.
Putin can't continue the invasion without the veto.

Only this time, Trump’s going to give Putin everything he wants.
