I’m an atheist. I don’t believe in divine intervention—but I do believe in quantum entanglement: the idea that particles, once connected, affect each other no matter the distance. A thread about a pantry, a prayer, and connection.🧵 #MomSky

Atheist here too. I do believe there is a single measurable energy that runs through the universe and connects everything, regardless of time or location. I think quantum entanglement might dovetail with this. Thank you for your post and the gift of this term I’d yet to run across. 💐
I'm sorry, but y'all are not atheists, you're agnostic.
Also, that's not how quantum anything works and misunderstanding how physics works to soothe existential dread is basically how the first religions started.
I have multiple guides—religious and scientific. I come from both worlds. You’re projecting your beliefs onto a stranger without knowing their background. Have a nice day. You can think and behave what you wish !
I’m an atheist. As humans, we live in community. I believe “No man [human] is an island unto himself [herself]”. What we do with or to others, or what we don’t do, affects others. And those serendipitous moments are indeed full of wonder! The “ripples” are real.❤️
If you don’t believe a higher power will “take care of it” then (if you are a decent person) you feel the need to help “take care” of others. Sometimes I think the religious feel praying for divine intervention absolves them from “doing”. Or if they “do” it’s not selfless because they are incapable
Homeopathy for the soul? Dangerous bunk. We’re just sentient piles of stardust, all alone in an indifferent universe. For a very short time anyway. Sorry if the truth hurts. All we can do is be kind, relieve suffering whenever possible, and have a little fun along the way. That’s all there is.
If that's what you believe, you have a right to it. That doesn't make it "the truth" (and somehow I really doubt you're sorry if it "hurts" someone); that makes it YOUR truth. This is other people's way of trying to be kind and relieve suffering. Why not leave them to it? It's not dangerous.
Whether they believe these events coincided to do good in the world, or you believe they were sheerly random coincidences, makes no difference. Good stuff happened. Nobody was harmed. So if you really believe being kind matters, why not leave it at that?
Deception is not kindness. But ok I’ll let them believe in fairy dust. You’re right as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone else then what’s the harm. I see my hypocrisy now thanks for the feedback.
If you think others are being deceived, it's not your job to change their minds unless it concerns a scientific fact. That's all. Matters subject to personal belief are only harmful when people use them to enact harm.
I absolutely love this. I’m not religious, but I do believe there is a higher power; the universe. You are a great example of a beautiful soul filled with love.
Yesterday, I was cleaning out my pantry. Found two Aldi bags full of food. I planned to bring them to my friend—a queer reverend—along with diapers and supplies for her community work. #MomSky
Then I saw her post on Facebook: she needed food donations. I messaged her, offered the groceries. She gave me a number—an elderly woman in need, who had nothing left to eat. #MomSky🧵
We brought the food straight to her. She was overwhelmed. Said she had been praying for something to happen. She told me: “God sent you to me.” #MomSky 🧵
She called me an angel. But what I saw was quantum entanglement at work. I was cleaning my pantry. She was praying. The reverend connected us. Three people, bound by an invisible thread. #MomSky 🧵
You don’t have to believe in gods to believe in something bigger than yourself. Call it energy. Call it humanity. Call it entanglement. What we do ripples outward. #MomSky 🧵
We’re all connected in ways we can’t see. And sometimes, when we follow a small impulse—a bag of groceries, a message, a phone call—we become part of someone else’s miracle. #MomSky 🧵
Our strength lies in interconnection: those unseen threads, whether scientific or personal, weave us into one supportive community. So it does not matter if your're a believer, philosopher or an atheist. 🤍Happiness and Peace

Anyways, your religion is a misunderstanding of science to make yourself feel less scared of there being nothing guiding you but yourself.
You posted a stream of misinformation and I called you out and now you're shifting the goalposts so you don't have to admit being wrong.
Likely because you're just grifting anyways.
what part do you not understand god used aiX on his ZX Spectrum 48k to create the energy equations
