Musk's cult has literally trillions more in dollars & insane amounts of data & technology - including AI.
While Christian extremism is a tool of repression, Musk has no ideological loyalty to it.
That's exactly what the kings did whenever a religion got in their way.
It was merely a convenient tool.
Thus, the courts & congress won't matter.
Not saying he can do it.
Just saying, he WANTS to make all of those people in power... have no power.
