My friend just took a flight across the us, the airport staff was actually rly good but i understand being scared! if you have the funds to I’d maybe take a small flight to the nearest area you could get a train at (kinda like a layover?) safest travels 🙏🏻
My brother-in-law is very scared of flying and his doctor prescribes anxiety medications when he needs to fly. It helps! But I can agree, flying right now feels extra scary. 😖
Book yourself a flight with a reputable line if you do it!
Hi! How long does the train/bus/car take? We go to Spain from Sweden, 330 km, twice a year, by train. It takes 50 hours including a hotel stop and one nights sleep on the train. It is WONDERFUL! Looking out the window, talking to people, relaxing. Might be an idea.🌱
I feel you. I was planning to fly for a trip soon, and now I'm terrified. I'm keeping a close eye on commercial flight issues, but have to make a final decision this weekend...
Before you board schedule an email to your favorite news outlet to be sent the following day blaming Trump and Elon for your untimely death aboard flight (FLIGHT NUMBER HERE) then cancel it if you arrive safely.
Worst case scenario you're famous for a day or 2 after you die.
My husband has to take a flight next month. He's committed to doing it, but he's feeling some anxiety about it (he has never worried about flying before).

Some driving, train, etcetera? I'm sure it would take... a lot more time, but that might be worth it for more manageable anxiety!

Enjoy your trip! Enjoy life!
