ooo your position sounds pretty cool that you get to do designing :0 mines just the typical retail and my job is very less than exciting.. unfortunately i see myself moving on from this job very soon. ): its becoming not worth the stress

I love it! Mainly a product designer, but I always have it as a rule to do customer service with it, as I can't ever get more direct feedback from that.
I had a year at retail customer service at the start, I can imagine how it must be less than exciting, especially with ruder customers ) :

I hope you find something nicer that treats your mind in a better way, there is a place for everyone once you move on!
For example, one of the companies I work at is for music, we pay extra for musician customer service agents etc.
