Currently it is actually 215 - 218, with two vacancies (see pic). Elise Stefanik has not yet stepped down, but must for her appointment, so if we pick up these two special elections we'll be tied at 217. The House has no tiebreaker like the Senate so we can actually stop everything (then win in NY!)
