And “access to healthcare” is still way broader than what people are claiming about UHC! They’re claiming deaths from UHC customers who are denied payment for care by UHC. That’s like a subset of a subset of lack of access to care.

And a lot of it, as I said before, is just conflating "claims denied" to "fatal illness." Nope! Claims get denied all the time, sometimes for valid reasons (including fraud). Would be willing to bet a lot of denied UHC claims were for palliative, non-prescriptive care, like acupuncture or reiki.
Sure, and some of it is probably also like, doctor X recommends treatment A for patient Y, treatment A gets denied but treatment B gets approved, where a lot of the tellings presume denial means no treatment at all.
