I see the merit of good deeds as well as hope for heaven. I'm also not an idiot, uneducated, evangelical, republican, or conservative. It is a horrible thing that some members of organized religion have been despicable. I hope their victims find healing and justice.

Admit it - heaven and hell make no sense. Why would a wise Creator spin off pieces of his own essence to us - give them one shot - then banish them forever?
The Divine Essence makes more sense as rain.

To me, even heaven would be torture eventually. If one lives forever, how can anything, anyone, be cherished? Forever is a heck of a long time to hang around and do what? Worship a needy God? A nice long, healthy, existence? Yes. To live forever? No thank you.

I've seen the people who claim heaven awaits them, I'm good. Seems a horrible place actually. Filled with pretentious hypocrites and truly shitty people. I'd as soon do as Jesus did and hang out with the poors and the prostitutes for my eternity. Much better class of people.

To me heaven is a place where my parents are healthy & all my pets are playing together. My mom has lunch with Princess Diana & Dad golfs with his Dad & Abe Lincoln. They watch me & my bro, intervene when they can. Now would be a good time BTW. I fucking can’t wait to get there. I miss my mom.
