Mitigate damages, provide emergency liquidity facilities for the most overexposed, but actual full bail outs—ie helping reconstruct everything that was burned down *and* making whole every financial loser—cannot be a path forward

I’ve watched a lot of libs on this platform talk about how we need to do right by wildfire victims and offer them coverage. But I think this really, really needs to be emphasized:
