La presa aquí se tiene menos de 12% capacidad. Es suficientemente malo que los peces estén muriendo por falta de oxigenación de la agua. Mi abuelo tiene recuerdos de cuando en el río conchos había tantos peces que se podían coger. Ahora apenas podemos regar la mitad de la labor.

last year the northern states were on a close call to a catastrophic water shortage, but rains came and saved the day, not an unusual thing to happen; however there has been no major cultural shift towards the imminent disaster that will happen as climate shifts into turbo droughts
