I’ve been reading the Dr. Smith ECG blog for years and so I would guess that the original OMI-manifesto is about 10 years old. But now bigshots Bob Harrington, CM Gibson and John Mandrola have all promoted it. So maybe finally time for a paradigm shift in STEMI?
