Can these groups use their websites to coordinate DC/VA/MD homeowners with driveways for RVs and yards and bathroom access for out-of-towners to pitch a tent? Also to network ride shares? Local hospitality teams were a big help during the huge anti-Bush43/Iraq War marches. Hotels fill up fast.
