Drove into Naples 4 weeks ago to drop off a Rental at the main Railway Station.
The traffic was TERRIFYING!!
Have a picture of the castle instead. 😂

Only did Naples by foot and bus, but didn’t look easy to drive. Had a rental after Rome through Tuscany, then dropped it off in Cinque Terra. We apparently drove 20 feet into a “city pass only” zone in Florence, and had a ticket mailed to us for 60 euros two months later.

Not a lovely story. One legend is a Sicilian noble girl had a love affair with a Moor. When the family discovered the affair, her family beheaded them, and hung their heads on vases on a balcony as a warning. Another version has her killing him when he cheated on her. Glad you asked? Ha.

Been there and probably down that alleyway. The city was wonderful. Especially at night during a full moon.

We went to Mt. Etna on a day the winds were so strong it would blow you into craters if you walked along the rim - stayed lower, and still a marvelous sight to see.
