That was my first thought.

I don’t think it is always straightforward though. It may he an Irish person posting it, but it could be amplified by russian trolls inflating engagement numbers.

There's no indication of a concerted effort by Russia that I'm aware of. Always a possibility, but from what I've seen this is being shared by real people in Ireland, who fully believe the election was stolen or some nefarious activity is happening..
