Highly recommend Hajime No Ippo. It's a slice of life/sports anime that will have fun downtime before each fight then hit you with the rawest kinetic artwork you've ever seen.

I can pretty highly recommend all of these! Big nostalgic connection to Bleach, and it holds up pretty well, Dragon Ball's a classic, Hunter x Hunter is unlike anything else and a joy to read and... I haven't read Jojo, but I watched a lot of the anime and that was pretty good.
