(after waiting 45 mins for a tug to pull our a380 out of the closed taxiway we'd turned down in Boston. the captain claims ATC told him to go there, hopefully someone recorded the atc chatter and we can find out 😀)

turns out the the impression the pilots gave us passengers that it was completely ATC's fault was, ah, not entirely accurate 😀
