Ok but the example chosen, "The baby was delivered with no complications," is actually one with obscured agency!
"The baby was delivered by c section with no complications" fine, normal
"The baby was delivered with no complications" I guess fine for a medical textbook but we are erasing someone

yes, I think an example could be given that makes it much clearer that the passive doesn't necessarily do this (the linguist who wrote that blog post gives several such examples)
