This is why I can't believe people talking about "2026 midterms and primaries." The Republicans are currently walking around with sledgehammers smashing stuff every single day. We'll be a 3rd world nation by 2026.

Other nonprofits saying even a month of funding confusion could lead to them going under. A lot of people worried we won't be prepared for bird flu. Veterans concerned that they'll lose disability status and access to crucial medical facilities. One man shouldn't be able to cause all this pain.

one of the biggest things in the worrd to me, was coming back from California to New York. Its like the fifth largest economy in the world, and boasts a farm-to-table paradigm.
What shocked me is how disorganized farmers were in NY. They can't use Facebook to organize their production?

I hate to see it and good people will suffer. GOP politicians will only change course when their own constituents are driving them. For that to happen, and because they FAFO'd, they'll have to feel some pain first.
