He gave Norwich a pen (quite rightly) for a foul by Rodon in the first half.

In the 2nd half at 1-1, he didn’t give us a pen for an identical foul on Gnonto to the one he gave for Norwich.

That on top of all his other bad decisions against Leeds doesn’t bode well.

This will be his 2nd game in charge this season, after Norwich in Oct. Previously was a shocking display at home to Millwall in March. Jake Cooper alone could have had at least 4 yellow cards & should have been sent off, & a penalty given for this foul on Rodon never mind the handball.

That Millwall game was the last of 4 refereed by Martin last season. It started with our away game at Hull. Where again, Rodon was on the receiving end of some awful decisions. Sent off for two yellow cards when the first wasn't even a foul. There was no contact at all.

The other 2 games he took charge of last season were our home win v Ipswich in Dec & the away win v Bristol City in Feb.

Out of the 4 games he reffed last season, 3 of them were controversial. He denied us yet another penalty in the Bristol City game when Rutter was clearly brought down by Tanner. Unless, of course, you're Andy Hinchcliffe 🙄

Before that Hull game in Sept, he hadn't reffed us since 2018, a home win v Blackburn Rovers. He refereed Leeds 5 times before Hull, all at Elland Road. We won all 5 games.

Rodon was the 1st Leeds player he's ever sent off.
