Believing there is 'aborted fetus debris' in vaccines is not only categorically wrong, but maliciously stupid. It betrays an antivaxxer's complete lack of understanding of biotechnology and should discredit them instantly.

Source of the PER.C6 cell line used in MMR vaccine manufacturing. Immortalized in 1996, and has been cultured since. It is far removed from being fetal tissue, and there is no description of how (or circumstances around how) the primary cells were obtained.
After some more digging and only finding 3rd-party sources, the primary cells were obtained in The Netherlands from an aborted fetus. Still no way of knowing the circumstances of why, but it's moot. It's an immortalized cell line that's at least 29 yo
