I would rather be alone and happy than with someone and miserable or disappointed. I am having a hard time figuring out me again after being alone for 3 years, but I am able to do it without someone telling me I am wrong or what to be instead. I love my independence and having my voice.

💯 I felt more alone in my last relationship than what I ever did in the last 3 years of being single. That doesn't mean I won't ever date. But I will choose wisely. I am a romantic at heart, but I also became a realist. And I really enjoy my autonomy.
