The 'I' and the 'O' should not be next to each other on the keyboard. They are too easily mixed up with legitimate words that use the other letter and if you hot the wrong key, autocorrect doesn't always spit it. O think it's a bot annoying. - ThreadSky

Relying on autocorrect is a mug’s game. There’s no substitute for proofreading, knowing how to spell, and form decent sentences.

Some of us need to rely on it. Not entirely, but fat thumbs and dyslexia is a bit of a mare on tiny keyboards. It’s a helpful tool. But like any tool, it needs using properly.
