The assigned side of the bed can really be an issue for people experiencing domestic abuse. In small bedrooms, it can mean being on the side next to a wall so that the abuser can “protect” the victim from an intruder, when the person trapping them from escaping is their biggest threat.
I change the side of my bed depending on where the door/bedside table/light is. Varies every time I stay somewhere. I sleep alone so I can do as I please, obvs
Loads of daft opinions like this on here. Moderate, fairly innocuous quirk/habit, followed by "they must be a psycho", "check their hard drive" etc. Dull fuckers.
