If you play video games on the highest difficulty, that's great! 👍

But don't give gamers who play on easier difficulty a hard time about it. Everyone likes to enjoy games differently and there is no right or wrong way to play.

Meanwhile I'm over here beating 45+ amazing games every year with functionally no fail states in addition to Elden Ring with invincibility mods because I can still greatly enjoy the experience, I just don't want to give it 150+ hours of my time.

it just depends, if a game is too easy for me i get bored but obviously everyone has a different line in the same for what is too easy or hard

having played the game through to new game +2 with at least 3 builds i can safely say the real easy mode is all armor + colossal weapon guard counters but nobody is ready for that discussion

I've definitely gone through a phase of thinking i enjoyed games more at higher difficulties. I played through La-Mulana blind, activating Hard Mode as soon as I discovered and. Man. That HardMode isnt even particularly interesting. It didnt make the game more difficult or rewarding in the slightest

Meanwhile, I've also recently played through the Fuga games. They're just turn-based JRPGs, but the premise and direction of the game led to remarkable tension that made the gameplay satisfying, even though in retrospect it gave me tons of resources that made the game Easy. Go figure.
