I wish I had positive words! I tried invisalign and ended up transitioning to regular braces, which I'm still convinced are less painful all in all. But hopefully you'll have more luck than me!

ibuprofen is your friend!! having just finished my treatment (33 weeks), i can say it became a lot more bearable after the first couple days of each new aligner - and it really does get easier after the beginning hurdle! best of luck!!!
