Will be interesting to see how good it is after moving away from android entirely, the last Huawei I had was a fantastic phone, more features/higher spec than phones that cost considerably more.
Chinese products are always Chinese themselves. They are not durable and long-lasting. I stopped holding huwaei phones with a P8 model. That's was my end with them.
I bought a Huawei tablet with an SD slot so I could run apps from there and save main memory. They turned that function off. Tablet became a brick. Wouldn't buy anything Huawei ever again.

The idea with Apple was to have a working family of gadgets with common database and app source, and own music store.
With an easy experience and minimal fuss. No data leaking to chinese. It is not the gadget, the apps or camera.
Tiktok has been incredibly controversial. A Huawei phone OS would be like 100 Tiktoks on your phone, in terms of data collection.
