I've been a gym rat for a long time, and the first major video game project I undertook was to try to simulate human metabolism in a mod for Fallout 3. It's been an ongoing project of mine for years. They are, and the article even states that. The problem comes in when Omega-6's which are very prevalent in processed foods, out weigh the Omega-3's. And it's very easy to get an over abundance of Omega-6. Too much of anything can be a bad thing.
I'm trying really hard to avoid all ultra-processed foods. I was shocked to see how many additives and other things were in fruit tea at my local supermarket.
