I have to admit that I sort of like that things like this can still occasionally happen. A touch of romance and adventure wouldn't be possible in a world of perfect security.
What's even more remarkable is that her lawyer convinced a judge that a woman who got through airport security AND gate security without a ticket was NOT a flight risk
AND he got bail with $0 payment.
She then broke bail to flit to #Canada
This lawyer must be one of the best on the planet.
This incident highlights a serious vulnerability in our aviation security system. If this can happen so easily, what other gaps might be hiding in plain sight? It’s time for a thorough review of protocols to ensure passenger safety is the top priority.
Anyone cheating me or my shareholder buddies out of our well-earned dividends should be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

And it always will be. Bored, 80 IQ guards cannot win against smart and educated terrorists with dumb and suicidal terrorists at their command.
Or, even just nut jobs.
