More than 25% of men in the US experience rape, violence or stalking by an intimate partner, but it’s hard for them to get help. Here’s why and what can be done.

Why anti gay when it's moreso a statement about males being more physically abusive, as backed by data. And data also supports 'minority stress model', as simply being in a minority group creates more stress that comes out in abuse.
Knowing reality of data and supporting them is far from anti.
I know, but I just wanted to be clear I’m not being anti gay with that statement because people tent to label statements that don’t paint beautiful picture of gays people as anti gay…
How about we report on all abuse statistics minus gender. There are too many victims in this country period. We need to teach more about red flags of abusers and hold the abusers accountable. We need a zero abuse policy. Also, we need to teach from a young age how not to be abusive to others.
Perhaps if we didn't treat female victims like shit, ALL victims would have an easier time coming forward. You think male victims don't see how female victims are treated? They do.
I believe women ….. unless it’s 20 years after the fact and for political purposes……. There’s a reason why scumbag democrat women who politically claim sexual abuse 20 years later like shit …. BC THEY ARE POLITICAL HACKS…… the left USE women to FABRICATE sexual assault of its opponents …
Yeah like the “rape is sexy” nut job ….. no the court of public opinion not republicans see thru the games democrat scumbags play when they cry wolf 20 years later for political reason…. Blow me
Tragic. Men need to not be ashamed of being taken advantage of.
Shame on anyone who thinks someone is not masculine bc they chose to speak out and have emotions.
This headline doesn't match the article (or the headline if you open the article). The article does not mention rape or stalking (not that those things don't happen to men but not at 25%). It's about violence a man experiences from someone they are close to not particularly intimate partners.
This number includes abuse of children, elders and the article even mentions gang associates. Can we please try and make posts even sort of based on the article?
🚨 MAGA is mentally ill.
We have 50 million Americans who are mentally ill from generational incest, inbreeding, Russian propaganda, Fox News, and Satanism!
They are Not Christians!
They hide in churches as Christians for camouflage!
Out Them!
They crumble
And Run!
I suspect that more men are subject to physical abuse than we realize. Slaps, items thrown at them, things that popular culture often portray as funny but if you saw a man doing it to a woman, you’d be horrified.
Just a Reminder this Happen all the time Mostly inside the Home Where Kids are abuse By People they Trust or supposed to Care Public ignore And See what they want to See Church House to
ANYONE that refuses to stop going to fake "churches" or ANY other religious institution is going directly against God and that means they choose to die with the wicked.
Everyone has been warned to run
from the lying satan worshiping ministers.

Why would this article suggest that Trump has gotten to them? This isn't a right wing talking point? It's a real issue with real victims...?
Bring up male victims as a news story doesn't devalue female victims - it brings the issue as a whole up.
CNN is of course calpable in a lot of cases, but this
This number has to be the result of WAY under reporting. As much stigma as there is attached to women who experience sexual/romantic violence it's much worse for men. To any man who has experienced such my heart is with you.
This is a critical issue that often goes unnoticed. It's imperative to open up dialogues around male victims and promote support systems that are more inclusive. Raising awareness and providing accessible resources can make a significant difference in their lives.
I'm dubious of that statistic. I can remember my son talking about how victimized men were when he was being groomed online by the alt right in middle school. I had to give him a major history. It was a common story line used to rally young men towards the toxic masculinity side.
He would argue men are as mistreated as women which is historically, culturally, financially, physically, legally, religiously, not true. It was an arguing point used to minimize women's need for equality. I know males suffer abuse too but it is not on an equal scale or even close.

“Trust women!……All of them?”
Knowing reality of data and supporting them is far from anti.
Trump is going to cancel the mid terms.
Or rig them....
The US is now officially a Dictatorship.

That's just the way it is.
You can't go where the others go.
'Cause you don't look like they do.
Shame on anyone who thinks someone is not masculine bc they chose to speak out and have emotions.
This is the tip of the iceberg as per real levels of abuse.

Do we want to know the rates experienced by women in same sex relationships?
In actual reality men are far more less likely to report abuse from a partner than women.
