So help me, if the reason my State of CA is not on that list is because my gov suddenly decides he needs to be MAGA-friendly for his eventual run for POTUS, I'm going to be livid. Newsom should drop the other individual suit he has against the admin and join this one, CA should be on this list!

What we need is to require all court cases to start in municipal courts and progress through the system. Once they reach the State Supreme Court, they reset to Federal District Court.

That would be efficient.

Tariffs for that reason have to go through the House and Congress and offered as legislation. It's a loophole Trump delusionally thought would collect taxes on lower class consumers, bypassing Congressional taxing approval. It's like something a con artist does to implement wide, general tariffs.
