Yeah. The whole the customer is always right is bullshit. I used to work at a big hardware store and the meanest people with the little old ladies lol.

Everyone should get used to the version: "In matters of taste, the customer is almost always right"...that is a fine policy. Like...it's weird to go to a restaurant and ask for no tomato on your burger and have them say no...but that's about where the line should be.
