I think this may be my new favorite sandwich bread. Honey oat sourdough with freshly milled whole wheat flour and sunrise flour mills heritage bread flour. It’s a relatively high hydration dough but the crumb is incredibly tender #breadsky

That looks delicious and makes me hungry for a sandwich. I will be trying my hand at sandwich loaf soon, so it's always inspiring to see the posts of those that come before.
It’s a great loaf! But it took a while to get here. I found that the crust and aesthetics really started hitting the mark once I started baking in pullman loaf pans
