I had pathology confirmed HMPV last November which resulted in pneumonia. It’s certainly doing the rounds.

This year I copped RSV and flu at the same time. I am still recovering nearly eight weeks later. I have always been robust and rarely very unwell - things are not the same since COVID. Either the other bugs are worse, or we are made sicker than ever.

You are right - things are not the same. Covid damages your immune system even if you had a mild infection or didn’t know you had it. And it’s still circulating (currently approx 1 in 150 people in Oz with half not knowing/feeling sick). Masking in public really helps ⬇️ transmission of all viruses
